  1. In order to be added to the official roster and play on a team, your child needs to be registered with USA Hockey.  If you have not done so yet, please select ICE PLAYER from this link https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/login_input.action, register your player, and send to your team's manager the registration number.
  2. ALL parents must have their USA Hockey number; please select VOLUNTEER from this link - https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/login_input.action - it is free.
  3. After getting your USA Hockey number, or if you already have one, you will need to get your Safesport Certification; click on “training” then “online training” at safesport.org and keep your certificate on file.
  4. Finally, you will need to complete your background screening. This link will direct you to the application you need to fill out:  https://opportunities.averity.com/Application.aspx?oid=3014
  5. Once you have completed all the above steps, please let your team's manager know and send him/her all the above. Remember, no parents/adults will be allowed in locker rooms, scorekeeper box, penalty box without having submitted all the required certifications.
